Bad work and service

My experience with this panel beater is despicable. The painting they have done on my car was not what was expected. The colour was too dark and not the same with other parts of the car. The bumper in front was not aligned properly and also a noise from the back. They kept on postponing the date when the car was supposed to be released and yet there was no communication what so ever. I'm so not happy about their service. And to make it worse the owner Loui is not so pleasant to talk to and not even apologetic and is so unprofessional. I regret even taking it to the Panel beaters that my Insurance had referred me to.
