Service at Game Reserve

<p>Went to Krugersdorp Game Reserve for outing. Paid R170.00 at gate. Security told us that Kiosk and lodge are closed due to renovations but we can drive to lion enclosure. Drove down the roads (they were busy with paving). Could not get to Lion enclosure. Road was blocked off with trucks and construction vehicles. We had to turn back. Got to the gate and they would not refund our money. Phoned the manager and said he cannot refund us. I think it is very bad to let people pay just for them to find that it was a waste of time and money. That game reserve will never see me again and I will tell friends and family as well.</p>
