THE RATING ON THIS SHOULD BE ZERO..... My Aunty has been going to KCCA for about 12 years now. And have been supporting KCCA for 12years now where we can with there second had shop. Go to there functions to support them and they are an NPO-002031 My Aunt helps them out when she goes there cause that is the type of person she is. She is not suppose too but she does. I have never been spoke to so badly by the lady that runs the place, she is new there and has NO IDEA on how to speak to someone. I am only human and i made a honest mistake and paid the monthly fee into the wrong account I said I was sorry she would not hear of it I would catch up and can my Aunty still please go there she said NO NO and very ugly about it. Well she came down on me like the devil, I have never been so angry in my life they way she spoke to me. after supporting them for 12 years this is how one get treated there. I fully understand my mistake but really to be treated like this as if you are a freaking ********. I have never missed a payment in the 11 YEARS only now last year which was an honest mistake paying into the wrong account. I fell sorry for anyone that goes there. My Aunty has made many friends there and they love her there, but this is how they treat someone after 12 years. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY THERE OR SUPPORT THEM...... THEY ARE RUDE RUDE. THEY ARE...... MAELI DE LA HUNT VAN DER MERWE & MARIA HOLZHAUZEN Please send them for some personality and people s****s cause they don't have. These is suppose to be a nurse there for them but there has not been one for over a year now and the social working had not been there also for over a year now. So you think you are paying for these extra stuff that they offer but there is not. There is a lot of things going on there that should not be going on. It amazing how the old ladies talk to one another. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE LOOK INTO THEM....
