STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I had and am STILL having the WORST experience at Krugers We Buy Bikes. I purchased a motorbike for my partner from them. The bike was returned for a refund as some issues were never fixed. It was agreed that the money was to be paid on the first working day thereafter. After a very long time of not receiving the money we approached the Motor Industry Ombudsman as well as the Consumer Ombudsman. The owner was contacted numerous times by both parties yet he just did not do the refund. Long story short, we went to fetch the bike about 7 months after NOT receiving our refund just to get there and the bike has been sold!!! He then came to meet us at the shop and said he would be paying the full amount back no later than 12pm 11 October 2023 - he even put it in writing and signed the letter plus I have the voice recording of the whole encounter. He then paid only a portion of the amount on 12 October 2023. He is now ignoring my calls and messages as he still owes me R8950. The owner keeps lying and playing games!
