Not Happy with Product

I wanted a Quad bike, after i did some searching i got to Krugers We Buy Bikes. Contacted them for the bike i was interested, because they said it was serviced and a really nice bike, ok so i paid the for the quad and delivery. Now that happened all quick. They promised me delivery 2 days later since i was far away.. i was ok with that and understood that. so the delivery was set for the Saturday. Come Saturday nothing happened and i only got a msg that stated they cant come because they cant get their work done.! Come Monday i contacted them and they PROMISED they will deliver that same day.. later that afternoon nothing. So now red flags i going off in my head, did this ppl ran away with R30K i contacted my Attorney, they contacted KWBB and they agreed on Wednesday. Well i received it on Wednesday Evening around 8PM. almost a week later when i bought it. Half flat tire, almost empty of gas i had to go to station to buy fuel. the Next day i tried to start.. couldn't. the Battery was Flat! I charged it. same night was flat again. After i look they gave me to small battery for the quad. i contacted the manufacturer and they said also it was wrong battery. so i went to buy new correct battery and told KWBB they should refund me on that battery because it was wrong battery, they said they will talk to the owner.. till this day i have heard nothing from them. So if it was serviced and checked that everything was ok why is there a too small battery in? half flat tyre, only 1 light worked. If the technician or they did their job they would have make sure that everything was ok. if you decide to buy from them make sure all is ok! i will never buy anything from these ppl again. they makes sure they don't give a damn after they make a sale to keep the customer happy and make sure everything is still ok. Never Again
