Absolutely shocking service all round. I purchased a UTA Polaris 800 without seeing it, big mistake on my part. I was told that everything would be 120% before it was couriered to me. I took their word, another big mistake on my part. When the Polaris arrived, Tyres were flat, parts were missing, hand break cable was tied on by cable tie, to name a few, an absolute disaster. I contacted them straight away to inform them but the excuses just kept coming. In January I took it to a dealership to get a quote to fix it…. R80k was the quote to get it fixed …120%. After many empty promises, the Polaris is still here where it was off loaded after they said they would collect it and rectify the problems. Please do not deal with these *******, their employees are absolutely useless. I have all the email, message correspondence. Luan is the boss, how he manages to be in business goodness knows.
