I am surprised how this business stays in operation. Luan is dishonest and a *****.

Bought 2 Quads from Luan Kruger, he is the biggest bull ****ter I have ever met. Also promised that Quads would be delivered and were delivered 10 days late after a number of promises.

Both Quads had flat front Tyres. Incorrect size batteries. Were picked up and so called fixed. The one quad never started. Called and called and was told by Anthony that what must I expect they are second hand quads. I sent the Honda in to another workshop and when they stripped this Quad they found the Engine Trashed. Cost over R50k to rebuild.

The second quad wouldn't start and I returned it to Krugers We Buy Bikes and they changed the plug and managed to start it. The Fuel supply was switched off but the petrol from the tank bypassed this and filled the crankcase. Oil filled the airbox and spewed everywhere. The agreed to a refund provided I purchase another Quad. Which I did and paid in the R6K extra in good faith, while Luan was discussing a proposal on how we could split the repair costs on the Honda. To start with he was going to replace all the Tyres for me. I have the voice notes and video clips of the entire history with Luan and Anthony. When I called to confirm if the tyres were ready for collection after being told they would be there numerous times Anthony referred me to Luan who just never replies or answers his phone.

I am surprised how this business stays in operation. Luan is dishonest and a *****. Not to be trusted. Take your money and spend it elsewhere. Even a private sale will be better than dealing with these ******.
