Complain

I enjoyed my stay there and all only to find out that the Houesekeeping staff took 1 of my wigs. I took it as a mistake and reported it but was taken from Pillar to post and even **** to. They even said an Old lady was cleaning our unit and it wasn't the truth. I'm so irritated because I love the Lodge but now my intelligence is insulted. I would have settled for an apology then but now I need to Understand why was that done to me. I wont pull the Race card my the person on the phone was speaking to me like I'm some uneducated human
