Appauling Service, No Compassion and it was WOMAN'S DAY

Total disgust!!! Had a flat tyre, couldn't check out on time as I was awaiting assistance from my insurance. Happy the duty manager had the audacity to ask me if I was packed and what time will the assistance arrive.

We were forced to wait in the parking area while help arrived and in the interim our luggage got wet. So did the mechanic that came to assist my girls and I. Sadly this is how we were treated. Lack of interpersonal s****s from reception and welcoming team. Filthy units... I have pictures to substantiate Dirty linen on beds Units not cleaned properly Total lack and disregard for non whites Foreign visitors and whites get preferential treatment Skin colour is the advantage Manager unapologetic, won lodge of the year and the head grew with it, cannot understand simple basic complaints No empathy There are many complaints on the reception staff so how did they win best award?

Woman's day, wow how supportive and courteous Kruger Park Lodge has been... A dispecable delight
