REFUND NOT PAID BACK BACK AFTER CANCELLATION IN MAY

I want my refund.I made a cancellation for my booking on the 26th May and I was supposed to come there on 7th to 9th of August 2020.Due to the Covid-19 laws to travel for pleasure am not allowed to travel for pleasure as per the law and I have made a cancellation 2 months back on the 26th May to date I have not received my money.I WANT MY MONEY.This travelling is beyond my control and I called the thrice already and got to speak to some very rude lady that told me am not the only one waiting for my refund and she told me to send emails, which I have done and called there thrice but I was getting a very terrible service.If I dont get that money I will have to take the legal route and you with pay those legal fees and my sufferings for that refund.Am not going to leave.it lying down.Am going to teach you a lesson that you need to respect you customer since the bring money to that establishment
