Poor service from lodge

Hi we were at kruger Park adventure lodge on 23 of june,2018 . We were booked in for six nights, on the morning of the 26 of June we checked out.The reason we asked for a refund which was agreed by the resort was,at about two o’clock on 26 th June,early hours of the morning,banging on the room door,insisting we open,obviously not going to open for safety reasons.Finally I tried the emergency numbers for resort no response, tried more than once,no joy. After a while all seemed to settle down,fell asleep.When we got up to go to breakfast to hear not far from our room,early hours of the morning a guest was ****** at gun point,tied up hands,all possessions taken except car,car keys taken,lap top,clothes,money,bank cards.We were not happy to hear this went to reception and asked for refund which was agreed on and lodges receptionist apologized for the incident that happened and said they would refund me the balance which was R2769.00 not received. I have phoned several times,get told they will contact me back,nothing happened. I also email the resort the letter that was typed for us with the amount to be refunded,no response. I would like to know when this outstanding amount is going to be paid,going on 3 half months no joy.Totally dissatisfied.
