My Refund

I booked at Kruger adventure lodge on the 26th November 2020 for next year September but I cancelled same day then they promised to refund me my deposit within 7 to 14 days. I've been calling them speking to the lady called Thandeka, she always tell me that it's being processed but it's a month now. I need my money back R2016
