Waste of time and money

My child who is 16months had a terrible fever and was hardly eating . Went to the Skukuza doctor as that was the closest doctor , and for someone that deals with international customers , she isn’t professional enough. She asked what the problems and symptoms were , and literally checked his temperature and listened to his lungs and charged us R700 for consultation and the anti biotics we got was R65 . Are you telling me she can tell what’s wrong with my child by just checking that ? She didn’t look at his ears , didn’t check his mouth for possible teething or tonsillitis or check his reflexes in his eyes . And to top it all off there were Russian foreigners that also rushed their child to the doctor and they also complained . What a ware of time and money.
