Very sad and disappointed

Good afternoon We would like to express our displeasure with Kruger Park. We have a booking at Kruger National Park starting on 16 August 2020. We are from Mpumalanga and called last week reservations to confirm where the boundaries are within the park and whether our booking is in order. The operator reassured us that there are no boundaries in the Kruger Park, and that we can go camping Shingwedzi and that our reservation is adequate. Today, 11 August 2020, we received a call from Shingwetzi's manager to inform us that we could not go to Shinwetzi. Firstly that there are boundaries in the game park and secondly that they are not yet ready to open the camp they are still doing repairs and do not know when they will be ready for tourists may only be able to allow tourists 16 September 2020 . We also booked in Maroela. Due to above, we contacted Orpen gate. Their answer was the facilities at Maroela had been demolished and could not confirm at all when the camp would open. Staff at Orpen say they were on Covid-19 leave. In our opinion, the facilities are in a very good condition. Have been going to Maroela for the past 15 years why demolish it in these difficult times?. We decided to call Kruger Park again to find out exactly when the park will be ready. No one answers their phones, so that we can find out if we can move our reservations to other camps preferably to Ballule or Tsendze. Also tried to call Mr David Mabusa but with no success.
