Security service at Kruger extremely poor

We visited the Kruger Nationa park on the 26th of September 2019, when we went in we were only stopped at the registration date, and were told that the we must be out at 18h00, at 17h50 we were out at the gate and my kids were pressed and needed the bathroom, as there are no rest rooms in the park. The gate were we registered was open and no security at the gate, we used the bathrooms and left the registration gate at 18h10, the lady who works there saw us going into the bathrooms and sad nothing.

When we were driving out, we were stoped by the security at gate 2, which we were not aware that its also the Kruger gate.

The security told us that we are late and we wil be fined, and we told them we were outside the gates bu 17h55 they can even check the cameras, they refused and insisted on fining us.

When we went in, there was no communication of how the 2 gates work, all of a sudden we are made to wait for almost an hour for the supervisor t give us a fine.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Kruger and will never return. This being a national side for the tourist as wel their service is extremely poor.
