Lower Sabie - disappointment

Lower Sabie, what a disgrace... The accommodation is definitely NOT the cheapest, still you expect a decent clean house to stay in.... The linen was creased, and dirty, the shower has not been cleaned at all. The grout on the wall is black... After calling reception and reporting the problems, they said I should come to reception, this is after check-in. I said to them, NO send your housekeeping to come and clean. After a while a lady come to assist. Unfortunately she cant bend down to clean the shower... She can only clean the top area where she can reach. After asking a few times, they replaced the bed linen.

What a shame....
