Kruger park free entry

I read on the Lowvelder newspaper on the 14th of August where it was written about the free entry to the park that the dates were between 16-24 instead of the usual 18-22 where now we thought oh this year it was different than other years then we decided we will take a drive on the weekend for sightseeing but I saw an interview on Monday the guy said something different..now how is it that the newspaper and the internet when we search it says 16-24 but word mouth differs..what is the Kruger staff telling us apart from what the stakeholders are saying
