Kruger national park Crocodile Bridge gate

Crocodile Bridge first entrance personnel is absolutely rude and ***********. Every time we got there they had a issue with us not having a booking. We bought the wildlife card for me and my wife and still they want me to pay for a reservation. Every time we try to get in the same question. Do you have a booking? If we say no then their answer is sorry but the Kruger National Park is full for the day. While we stand there they let in taxis and game drive rangers but because we don't want to make use of the game drive they refuse us access. We were there this afternoon 15:00 (29 December 2022) and hundreds of cars came out of the Kruger but still the *********** gate guard refused use access. His words was that if he decides that it's full it's full irrespective if hundreds of card exists the park to his it remains full. We are very disappointed and will never return to the once iconic park that now are managed by *********** guards that refuse paying customers access.
