Bad service and maintenance in Kruger park, again!

Every year we come to the Kruger park for the nature part and every year we complain about the lack of service and bad maintenance in the park. We just arrived for a week visit to Satara, and on our first day we were met with arrogant useless BEE people standing around, too lazy to clean the toilets at Skukuza day visiting Area, nothing works, water leaks, no hand towels, blowers broken. Then we get to Satara and our Chalet has a toilet leak that runs into the sleeping areas. I had to close off the outside taps to stop flooding in our room . The shower is blocked and you shower in waste water. Disgusting!. If it was not for the nature element, I would never come here with my family, due to the useless people working in the park, not doing their work. I complain every year and service just gets worse. They rip you a lot of money for the chalets, only to get decades old bad maintained units. They just don't care anymore. Rather pay more and go to the exclusive camps outside KNP, if quality is expected
