Bad attitude and no respect for potential clients from Kruger Electronics Lambton

Multichoice referred me to Kruger Electronics Lambton branch for installation of dast decoder. When I called on the 18th March 2020 the lady on the other end of the line was extremely rude and impatient. She asked me questions that I didn't have answers for and when I asked her to lower her voice she kept shouting and dropped the phone on my ear. How can you be a service provider and still have a bad attitude like that towards potential clients? Typical white women who have no respect for other people even though they are service providers. On top of that she tells me about a call out fee even when DSTV Multichoice said there won't be a call out fee.
