Total lack of device from KRS Electrical

I contracted KRS in December 2021 to supply a solar system to allow me to go off grid .The initial quote was R 250000 , but it became clear that the system was not capable of that was promised KRS blamed me for installing unnamed electrical equipment after the initial quote. Another quote to upgrade the system for R 100000 was given and paid. After this things went downhill, The equipment in the second quote was never supp**** except for some solar panels .The one inverter broke down and the solar panels did not feed power to the batteries, The system became a very expensive UPS being fed from the grid .By April it became clear that the service promised failed .KRS came around occasionally to "work" on the sytem, but nothing changed. 10 months later I contacted another supplier, He fixed the system in 2 days and had to put a new inverter and cables in. He also had to reposition the panels. So apart from the batteries he replaced most of the KRS system .It has since worked like a dream. KRS still owes me the money for the inverter and one battery they never supp****. I would not refer anybody to KRS .They blamed me as customer and threatened us with the law for "defamation" !
