JOB Incomplete-Account completely wrong

I had taken my car car to KRP auto body as i need some work sorted on my car. I took a quote i received from another shop who I didnt take my car to as they were a bit too far and KRP was around the corner from my work.<br> <br> Firstly the JOb took them almost a week longer than promised.<br> <br> When I went to fetch my car some work hadn't been done.<br> <br> Thirdly a part was replaced when nothing was wrong with it and charged for while the part needing repair was not noticed or replaced. (this was communicated to me by one of their own staff)<br> <br> When I queried it they refused to sort it out free of charge and said they would need to charge me again. <br> <br> The also wanted to charge me more than was agreed upon on top of this.<br> <br> The owner then said if I find a friend who requires the same colour paint and pays he will only then sort out the incomplete work for free. <br> <br> I have fleet vehicles that get damaged from time to time he when he was aware of this he said if you bring me your fleet vehicles for repairs when needed he will fix the incomplete work for free with the first repair.<br> <br> needless to say I will never take my car there or any of my fleet and make sure I communicate my exp whenever the chance arises
