Waste of time and money

Received bad quality, damaged shelving. Took about a month to receive the damaged shelves, then have to wait more than 2 months to get replacement parts installed. Communication is slow and limited. Bad product and even worse service. In business time is money; don't waste either on Krost Shelving & Racking, rather use a different supplier.
