Unfair treatment of stuff

This school exploits its stuff, underpaying and the workload is just a lot. One teacher can teach about 4 subjects that they know nothing about and with minimal or no support from the HOD. Some teachers are paid more than other teachers that teach the same amount of teachers. I was called in for a disciplinary hearing based on rumours that I apparently said to the learners. I would not advise anyone to work at that school. It has a toxic environment.
