Mismanagent of Kroonstad resort

I booked a 6 sleeper chalet for the easter weekend and paid a deposit. On arrival at the resort one could see that the basic maintenance was not done. The grass was long, the paint on the building was peeling off, no bedding on the beds, the chalet walls were dirty, the indooor swimming pool looked as if it needed a paint job as well,no shops and and and........ We requested a refund immediately because the place was up to standar, and it was not how we remembered it to be . The photos displayed on their website is just as misleading. To date I am still waiting for my refund. I phoned them on many occassions for an update on my refund, and is given a different story every time. The last conversation was between me and the resort manager, and she was rude and dropped the phone in my ears.
