The worst customer service experience, EVER!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. These people are absolute ****** who don't even know the meaning of customer service. Their manager Naeem put the phone (after calling over 15 times) down on me after I complained about receiving the incorrect rug and there being no one to process and manage the collection/delivery properly. They do not respond to emails nor do the answer phone calls. Please do not waste your money with them!!!!
