Quick delivery and service.
This is for their sister company Kristal Wool, but same company none the less so here it goes. Their service was amazing! Was a bit skeptical after my carpet purchase in November last year when they didn't deliver for an entire month, but it turns out they just had a lot of traffic cause my wool delivery was fast and efficient. They didn't have a shade I wanted but they called for a substitution and all was well. Taking down my bad review from last time cause they've made up for it!
