Krsital Carpets ON KC 6743

I ordered and paid for a carpet online. After two weeks it had not been delivered. When I phoned to enquire why, I was told they were out of stock. I asked why I had not been informed of this and was told the lady had not got around to informing me. Great way to do business!!! At this rate, how long will I have to wait for my refund?
