Kristal carpets not delivering.

I ordered carpets from Kristal carpets on 20th of November 2022 to date I have not received anything and their website shows the order processing. I sent an email to ask for a refund but the email could not be delivered because their inbox is full. Using any of the other available communication channels gets no response.
