DO NOT BUY FROM KRISTAL CARPETS

I bought a carpet online from this company. The order keeps saying processing ...... After querying the 3 to 5 day delivery, they say they are very busy with black Friday. It's been now how long since black Friday? How can they take money if the carpets are sold out. No communication whatsoever. Keep away from this business.
