Completely uncontactable - therefore cannot be trusted

Waiting for many weeks. Carpets not delivered. No reply received to my many emails. No one answers any of their phone numbers. Voicemails full. I don't trust them now because they are not communicating with me. Please Kristal Carpets, respond to this request for you to resolve this matter urgently.
