UNFILLED DONUTS
I love Krispy Kreme and I will definitely always give the staff a 10 start rating infact. They are always warm and friendly. However , the donuts I purchased were extremely stale ( not sure if the mixture wasn’t right ) and they were not filled inside. I specifically went back for the Churro edition however it wasn’t satisfactory. The donuts were just dry with a whole lot of sugar and wen the sprinkles donuts were not iced well.
Again the staff however were great. But this has happened a few times and I think I’m just done with KKs. I would like to be refunded I don’t even want a voucher. I was promised a voucher for the sake incident the last time and didn’t get it.
