Spectacular Efficiency

When I received a promotional email from Krispy Kreme I wrote back on the bad service I received a few days prior. Within 5 minutes Jason Cawood called me. He gave me a hearing, apologised and sent me a voucher almost immediately.

I did not even write my phone number on my email. Clearly he checked up my details on the app/database. Not to mention that how quickly he read my mail in the first place.

What amazing systems, efficiency and helpfulness. If only all businesses in SA could be like this.
