Price discrepancies and denied seating due to trolley

Since visiting krispy kreme thailand for the first time was a great experience I was excited to hear us getting our very own. the highly anticipated opening of the krispy kreme Cape Town, the much raved about waterfront store was always full when going. As a mother of two kids you don't have time to stand in a long line so we were chuffed to see the short almost non-existent line at the newly opened Canal Walk branch. However since I had a trolley with me I had to remove my kids from the trolley and leave it with my mother as my kids and I waited out turn to order. I decided to opt for the "box of three assorted @R30 odd." Each gourmet donut would be an extra R3.I checked with my kids which flavors they prefer to make sure it wasnt the gourmet....since.there was no indication wgere the gourmet was I thought it was fine and that they would tell me of any additional charge.at counter I told the lady which option I wanted and she said choose your flavors.since she never informed me that I ws choosing from the gourmet range I thought I wasn't choosing from there and.wouldn't need to pay extra.when I got to the till the total was about R48.I asked the cashier why when I wanted the box of three at R39.she said its because of my flavors.I was very upset and said the woman helping me never told me that.and she then asked me what flavors I wanted still not telling me which were gourmet or not.with a que now very long behind me it was difficult to get back there and change it out and my kids were already looking forward to the ones chosen.I explained that they should tell people as they are choosing in future and proceeded to have a seat in the store where my mothere was waiting.she then said we have to leave because she was told she could not be there with a trolley.I was now highly irritated as two tables away a woman and her friends sat comfortably enjoying thier donuts and coffee and what did they have with them....a trolley...im sorry krispy kreme if my small purchase which you overcharged me for was not sufficient to allow my mother and kids to sit and enjoy in your store with a trolley.pathetic.pathetic .
