no customer service and no control over their funds

i was at the store and purchased 6 dozen donuts i cannot remember getting a slip however i asked for a reprint and they couldn't supply me with one first they kept telling me to call after 14:00 after i told them i need it before 15:00 when i called after 14:00 the manager said he cannot help me and that he cannot even see my purchase on the system there was absolutely no intention of assisting me. he has said i should email head office and ask for a invoice what kind of a store are you running when you cannot see a transaction that happened the same day!!!!!!!!!
