Good day. I’m very disappointed with your Pretoria woodlands branch.

I phoned just after 9am to please keep 2 boxes of mini doughnuts plain to collect at 6pm. It’s for my daughter’s birthday for tomorrow.

The lady on the phone confirmed with Manager, and said that they only have assorted and no plain mini doughnuts. I found it strange that they did not have stock. I phoned castle gate and Menlyn and they were willing to help.

I phoned woodlands back, and they do have stock and did not want to keep it aside for me.

The fact that they **** has made me so upset. I have been a regular customer there and not the first time I have ordered from that branch which was not a problem.

This should be addressed with your woodlands store and find that this is unacceptable.
