Krispy Kreme Gateway

My husband's birthday is today, we downloaded the Krispy Kreme App as instructed a while ago and had it ready, he went it today for his birthday deal, when he got there, they made him reload the app unnecessarily (using his own data) and then proceeded to tell him they would not give him the deal today but he could come in tomorrow!

We literally live 50km away and this was the flat response he was given, he showed them proof of ID and was treated in a rude and pathetic manner.

I will endeavor to tell ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS to no longer support Krispy Kreme because clearly they are a bunch of dishonest narcissistic money mongers!

I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with their customer service and treatment.
