Krispy Kreme Dream NOT wedding cake nightmare

I wish I could not select even 1 star because even one star is to much for the terrible service I received... I have never seen anything so horrific like the service I received form Krispy Kreme and this for something as special as my wedding! I placed an order for my wedding 20th of March I paid and confirmed the order in February already I Sent Samantha May the event coordinator an email every week and the day before pick up was organized with her promising all is in order. I ordered 20 Dozen of Donuts as my wedding cake all the assorted delicious stuffed and special ones. I confirmed the day of pick up that my lady will collect the 20 dozen donuts at 15;00 19 March at East Rand Mall in Boksburg. WHEN MY FRIEND WHO WAS ALSO A BRIDES**** went to fetch the donuts at the right time the right mall surprise, surprise no donuts!!!!!!!!She had to sit and wait for 4 ours for then to collect donuts from all over the Engens just to bring me 20 dozen plain donuts no special reeses cup stuffing and Nesquick like was ordered BUT WAIT IT GETS BETTER I have been tying to contact Krispy Kreme EVRY DAY of 2 weeks just to receive feedback that Samantha is busy and cant talk to me! eventually after several phone calls I got to her it has now been 6 weeks since my wedding just to receive a email saying this lady is on maternity leave I will now never hear anything! Please don't ever think that Krispy Kreme is special for your wedding they will just disappoint and never get back to you!!!!!
