Krispy Kreme

Hi I wasn't happy with how the white gentleman wearing white Krispy Kreme shirt treated the lady who looked like an employee who was wearing green Krispy Kreme branded apron in a lift at the royal palm hotel yesterday, the gentleman was shouting at her although I didn't get what they were talking about but the lady was almost in tears, doesn't Krispy Kreme have offices where they can deal with their issues not in public?
