Friendly accommodating service.

Delicious, different and fresh as usual. But Besides the fact that they have the best doughnuts, they are always friendly and helpful. This week I struggled at Engen with the app and points and scanning and paying, etc. Engen just recently started selling it, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but still informed KK. Nhlalala Hlekane was very helpful and accommodating, even though it was not necessary. This is called service delivery and going above and beyond. For me its about the little things in life.
