Failed to stipulate amount of free doughnuts
I would like to complain about your recent promotion, the promotion was for voting day and there was no stipulation about how many doughnuts were going to be distributed for free. I got told that there was only 300 given out.

30 May 2024, 11:42Good day Alexander,
We hope this message finds you well. We're writing to sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you had at our store during our voting day promotion. We deeply regret any inconvenience and frustration caused by the situation.
Our intention was to offer a special treat to celebrate the voting day, but unfortunately, the overwhelming response exceeded our expectations. As a result, we ran out of supplies faster than anticipated, The promotion was designed to be "while stocks last," as indicated on all promotional materials, however we must note that we did top up the store by sending extra doughnuts, many people visited multiple times for their one free doughnut which further strained our ability to serve everyone as the demand far exceeded our expectations..
We certainly did not intend for you or any of our valued guests to feel that your time was wasted. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our future promotions and guests experience.
We truly value your support and hope that this experience does not deter you from enjoying our products in the future. Please accept our sincerest apologies and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Warm regards,
KKSA
