Disgusting customer service

I love krispy kreme but unfortunately after my experience on Friday at the east rand mall branch I most likely won't go back. After standing in a queue for about a hour, I order my dozen doughnuts and ask for my free promo doughnut and my loyalty coffee, only to be laughed at by the gentleman who was serving me and told they won't be giving me either of them because they are not joining in on the promotion. I then asked for the manager and got told the management was doing their black friday shopping and I was welcome to go look for them. I then sent krispy kreme a message on Facebook to make them aware of the service at the branch and have had no response from them. The service at East rand mall branch is ridiculous for a newly opened branch!! Don't think I will be going back!
