Bad Customer Service
We were seated at the Krispy Kreme eating area in Clearwater Mall. When Gloria one of the staff member who I later found out that she’s the actual Manager approached us to say to place an order we must go to the counter then sit and enjoy our food.
Due to the conversation that we were having, we forget about buying from the counter. She then returned and rudely said “Are you ordering”?
That was so inappropriate of her to address us in that manner. What a bad customer service from Gloria.
Thanks to Kate who was the nicest person ever, she tried to calm me down a lot and was interested in knowing how she could help me.
