Bad Customer service

I had a terrible service today and to be honest, I even left my money there and I don't think I'll continue purchasing coffee there at Mall of Africa because of Prudence and Nokwethemba, those Ladies have been disrespectful and I ignored it because its not like I want to be that difficult customer because I'm also work in sales, something must be done with these ladies because the other team it's a bunch of friendly ppl,the audacity of saying they shouldn't prepare a coffee for me because that arrogant Nokwethemba doesn't have Customer service and I Dont prefer to be assisted by her because last time she made a terrible Coffee adding too much cinnamon for no reason, I seriously feel they must be dealt with because they are so toxic even when they are Around, Krispy Kreme is a Huge Company, Customer experience must be prioritized.... I'M A Dissatisfied Customer and I wouldnt recommend anyone to Purchase from those two Ladies (Prudence and Nokwethemba)
