Amazing experience created by friendly staff

Yesterday on a cold and gloomy Sunday I took my little girl out for a donut while doing shopping. We ordered our donuts, with much excitement (I have to add it is her FAVORITE thing to stand in front of the donut counter and choose any donut that her heart desires), but was kept waiting a little bit. The wait was not even the fault of the shop, but customers in front of me. To apologize for the wait the lady behind the till gave us complimentary small drinks, which went above and beyond expectations.
