Terrible service at Monetecasino

I honestly had the worst experience at Kream Montecasino. We waited over an hour for our meal and it wasn’t even that great. The ‘managers’ we spoke to ‘Canaan’ & ‘Ernest’ provided us with little help. What made things worse is that i was celebrating my birthday!! I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied, and it was not how I wanted to spend my birthday. The restaurant wasn’t even full so I don’t understand the delay and terrible service. I’ve been to other kream restaurants and I have never experienced such.
