Shocking Kream

Took my staff for a year end lunch today. What a disappointment!! We had 3 waiters at different times, with nobody really interested to serve us. The main man Rooi took our starter orders, and only came back for main orders when we asked for him, 30 mintes after we finished our starters. Called a manager to complain, he said thats not right, and disappeared not to be seen again. What a waste of R2 700! Nobody was prepared for dessert - we were not even offered dessert!
