Poor service from waiters

KREAM Mall of Africa has good food but the service is poor. Restaurant staff is unfriendly and waiters never check up on you. Ordered hot chocolate and it was delivered with my meal (30min later). I politely asked the waitress to keep it in the kitchen and warm it up later as I couldn’t drink it whilst eating. She left it at my table and I had to cover it with a side plate to avoid it getting cold. Not once during our meal did she bother to check up on us.
