Kream online poor show

As a regular business customer at Kream Mall of Africa, I attemped to use the onli e reservation system for my anniversary, only to find it being a disaster. Automated response received but no confirmation. On having to call the restaurant and to be advisec fully booked was upsetting to say the least.....gone is my loyalty to this restaurant....business and private. Poor show and poor service.
