Great Experience!

I took my husband here for his birthday and we would both rate this as one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. We were greeted at the door by friendly staff who showed us to our reserved table and we were then brought water and a selection of delicious looking breads while we browsed the menu. The manager even came over to discuss the chef's recommendations for the evening.

Being a former server myself many years ago, I can understand that service might be slower and less accommodating on busier days, such as weekends, public holidays or during the holiday season as the pressure and amount of customers are a lot more and extra patience is required. That being said, the wait staff's service was spot on that evening and the food was truly delicious. They even took a beautiful photo of us to commemorate the occasion which they printed out and gave to us.

We felt like the experience was a very special one & we will definitively be recommending Kream Brooklyn to our friends & family.
